You Character, You...
If an author wrote YOU into a story as a character, how would they present you? What would be your dominant character traits? Would you be the protagonist or antagonist? Would you be likable? Relatable? Explain, in detail, what type of character you would be and how you would be presented.
I believe if I were in a story that my character would be a secret secondary protagonist. The only equivalent I can think of would be that of Severus Snape from the Harry Potter series. I’m quiet, calm, focused, and I’m willing to get my hands dirty for the right cause. At first, everyone would believe that I am a secondary antagonist who can be cold and jaded, but that would be nothing more than a ploy. Deep down, I’d care for the main protagonist and be a secretive helping hand that isn’t revealed until the end of the story. The readers wouldn’t enjoy my harsh and unfiltered attitude, but the scene including my revelations would be a complete twist no one was expecting.

If an author wrote me into a story as a character, they would most likely present me as a person who is passionate for what they believe in and enjoy doing. I think my dominant character traits would be intelligence and loyalty with a little bit of stubbornness as well. I also think that the story would show my development of overcoming lack of self-confidence. I believe I would be the protagonist because I like to think of myself as a good person and one who is liked by most people. I think I would be easily relatable to because the story would show both sides of my life from school to outside of school. Although, my life would appear as normal from most people, there would be a side outside of school that not many people knew about.
ReplyDeleteIf I was to be a character in a story. I would probably be the antagonist because of my red head temper. Also, people probably wouldn’t like me because I would take other people’s food. But I would be a nice kid that you just don’t want to make mad. But if it was a scary movie and something like spooky something I would run away screaming and you wouldn’t see me in the story again. Unlike other characters they would stay and figure it out.

If an author wrote me as a story character, they would portray me as quiet, intelligent, kind, and not a great leader. Some of my dominating character traits would be loyalty, integrity, and determination. I would probably be the protagonist because I would not be the villain of the story. I feel like I would be relatable because I am a teenager that is going through things that other teens are going through, so therefore the reader could relate to me. I also feel like I would be a likable character because I would hope that I don’t have any terrible qualities, and that I would be the kind, caring character that everyone enjoys reading about because I am the one that is the most warmhearted.

I think if an author portrayed me in a story, I would be the peacekeeper of the novel. I would be the awkward third party where I don’t agree or disagree with the protagonist or antagonist. I would just be there trying to solve the problem without any trouble. My character traits would be confident, outgoing, fair. If I was a fantastical character, I think I would have hair of fire. I also would not be a human. More of a mystical being. Almost like Glenda the good witch from The Wizard of Oz. I could also see myself being portrayed as the main character in a drama. I am a very dramatic person, so I could easily be portrayed as a murder who is trying to cover up what I did.

If an author were to portray me as a character in their story, I'd certainly be a protagonist. My friendly characteristics would make me likable to most readers. Along, with my friendly manner, my seemly polite and positive attitude would offer the audience a character to relate to. I would be the character who supports the other characters in the story, and keeps everyone in a good mood and smiling. Whether or not I'd be the main character is a question the author would have to answer. I think this is so because I tend to take a backseat in my own life, placing others needs before my own. I keep my issues to myself, and focus on supporting my loved ones.
ReplyDeleteIf an author wrote me in a story, I would be presented as a character that is very confident. I would also be very outgoing, outspoken, honest, respectful, fair, and authentic character. My dominating character traits would be compassionate and loving. In this story I would be the protagonist. I would be the protagonist because I have such a fun-loving manor about me. I also would never cause harm to others emotionally, physically, or mentally. I would not be relatable to most because I differ with most teenagers because of my maturity. I would be presented as a flat character. I would be presented as this because I like to watch what’s going on around me and observe from an outsider's perspectives. This would not make me the main character because I would never have anything interesting enough to share with the reader. All in all, I think would be a very basic character in the story and I would have good intentions. This would make me an easy character to get along with.

I feel like if an author wrote me in a story, they would characterize me as funny and caring girl. My most dominant traits would be caring, funny, and hard working. I’d be the protagonist because I would be the one who helps everyone else. I think I would be very likeable because when I help people who need the help would enjoy my humor and caring spirit. People could see the true me other than just certain behavers in school. I could easily get along with others and people could easily respect and enjoy having me around.

If I was in a story I think I wouldn't be a main character I think I would be more of a side person. I think I would be portrayed different depending on who is writing it. If it was written by a friend or family member I would be talkative and funny, but if it was from my boss a narrator I would be more of a quiet and serious person. I think people reading would be able to relate with me because I am normal for the most part. Some readers would like me and find me funny and some would hate me for the things I say. I think I would be like the friend of the protagonist. I think I would be described as nice to some, funny, harsh, and honest.
ReplyDeleteIf an author were to write me in their story, I would be presented as a character that is very quiet and doesn't really say much. I would also be loyal, kind, calm, and I would be capable of taking care of myself. The character traits that would stick out the most are the kindness and the quietness. I would never do anything to hurt another character which means that the reader would like to have me around. I would most definitely be the protagonist because I wouldn't cause harm to the other characters and I would try to fix the problems that the other characters made. I would like very likable because I would help solve the problem instead of contributing to the problem. I would also be kind to the characters so that's just another reason why they would like me and enjoy having me in the book.
ReplyDeleteIf I was wrote in a story I would be wrote as a curious person. I would always want to be finding out information. I would be looking behind lock doors going down mysterious paths. I would be a protagonist the reader would be following me through my adventures. I would be very likable I would always be looking for friends to make adventures with. I would be presented as dangerous but independent I would always keep peoples adrenaline pumping with the sketchy decisions I make. I would be in every mysterious adventures but it would be thrilling and exciting.
